Vision

Because of its nature as a public, state sponsored, autonomous and self-regulating entity, the  Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia supports the construction of a new Colombian society; it will design and execute valuable ethical projects based on collaborative, investigative, work in  teaching, technology, and in culture; it will generate and strengthen regional, national and international academic communities that are based on interaction with the diversity the environment  projects new realities that will enhance the region and will support appropriate academic and administrative structures, defined by academic disciplines  with clear organizational plans containing levels of decentralization and delegation of responsibilities that permit timely and agile decisions that are sustainable, with valid information, technically elaborated and technologically supported.
